The Role


We’re seeking an enthusiastic graphic designer with the ability to build websites. Your design skills will have the opportunity to shine creating design for digital and print media, including advertising, social media, mailers and brochures. Working alongside our directors and digital marketing experts, you will help build, develop and maintain websites (predominantly WordPress). This is a varied and rewarding role, suitable for candidates at all stages of their career as support will be given to develop your skills. As an ambitious company, there is a genuine opportunity to help shape our future and share in our success. The role is based in Cringleford, Norwich.


Key Duties


  • Graphic design for print and digital
  • Website design and development (mostly using WordPress, Divi and WooCommerce)
  • Assist in the delivery of digital marketing, direct marketing, social media and other channels
  • Contribute to our business’s processes, management and direction


The Person




  • Graphic design skills and use of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of WordPress and similar CMS and editors
  • An understanding of principles of marketing
  • Well organised, proactive and able to manage own workload
  • Adaptive, dependable and keen to learn



  • Agency experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience working in a graphic design or website design role
  • Digital marketing skills including SEO, PPC and social media
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP
  • Good language and copywriting skills
  • Design, business or marketing qualification
